THE CATLEY ENGINEERING TEAM
We have a highly experienced and dedicated team who are passionate about tractors. They are what makes this business what it is today. Their training and experience is wide-ranging as well as full McCormick technical training we have engineers who have many years of experience working with JCB, Manitou, Massey Ferguson, Claas and New Holland machinery. There is no job we can’t fix!
Colin Catley
managing director
Colin started the business back in 2007 as a ‘man in a van’. Since then, he has steadily grown the business to the dynamic little company it is now and has recruited the talented team that supports him every day.
James Barker
Workshop Manager
Jimbob was the first engineer who joined Colin and has been with us over 10 years now. A true grafter who is solid, dependable and gets the job done efficiently. He is also a huge Landy fanatic!
Simon Roberts
Agricultural Engineer
Simon joined us from JCB Agricultural knowing he would be part of a small but dedicated team where he would be able to add huge value to the business. His engineering knowledge is second to none and he is a real asset to the workshop.
Debbie wilmot
Admin & Accounts
Debbie makes sure we run a tight ship when it comes to paperwork. Chasing the lads for their timesheets, raising the invoices and getting the bills (and the team) paid on time! We couldn’t do it without her.
louis moore
aGRICULTURAL ENGINEER
Louis, who recently completed his apprenticeship, has developed into a very competent engineer. He works well with the rest of the team as well as being confident on his own. He has a good eye for detail especially with fabrication work.
TOM CLARE
apprentice
Tom joined us in 2020 as our apprentice engineer and is showing lots of promise and aptitude for the job. Out of work Tom loves his Rugby!
